We deliver within the Greater Toronto Area (please ask about a specific location if you're not sure). You are also welcome to pick up your order from our downtown Toronto location.
Yes, we will deliver to any venue or transportation terminal within the GTA.
Yes, delivery/pick-up starts at $20 for downtown Toronto. Delivery charges are higher for areas outside of downtown Toronto. Deliveries for events may be higher depending on order volume.
A Visa or Mastercard is required to reserve all equipment. Your final bill may be paid in cash or with Visa or Mastercard.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the pre-arranged pick-up or delivery time, otherwise 50% of the rental price will be charged to your credit card.
Yes, there is a $20 minimum order.
gogoBaby uses Nature Clean and Seventh Generation cleaning products to maintain clean, hygienic yet health conscious equipment for your baby. In addition, we use alcohol to further sanitize. Cloth materials are laundered in hot water with fragrance-free detergent.
All of our equipment has been purchased new and is thoroughly cleaned and maintained in like-new condition. We continually monitor condition and frequency of use, and replace equipment at regular intervals to keep our inventory in peak condition.
