A Visa/Mastercard is required to secure your reservation. Any cancellations must be made 48 hours before the pre-arranged pick-up or delivery time. If you cancel with less then 48 hours notice, 50% of the rental price will be charged to your credit card.

Any damages incurred to the equipment during the course of the rental must be reported to gogoBaby immediately, and you will be sent a replacement of the same or similar equipment as soon as possible. If the damage was incurred due to obvious negligence, then the renter is obligated to pay full price for the replacement of the product.

All packaging, manuals, straps etc. must be maintained in the condition in which they are received or additional charges may apply.

It is the responsibility of the renter to ensure that all rented items are dropped off at the gogoBaby office or are available for pick-up by gogoBaby at the agreed upon time. In the event that rented items are lost or not returned, the replacement value of the lost item/s will be charged to your credit card.

If damages are not reported before or at the time of return an additional fee will be applied. There will also be an additional fee if equipment is returned with excessive soiling needing more intensive cleaning. Excessive soiling may include chewing gum, vomit, crayon, markers, or other difficult to remove substances.
